【KC-232】 KC-230 series 牛刀 GYUTOU 210mm

【Scheduled for completion in October 2026】

The 33-layer Damascus steel blade, featuring VG-10 stainless steel, highly regarded for its exceptional corrosion resistance and sharpness as its core material, radiates a brilliant luster and reveals a beautifully wavy “刃文 HAMON”. The handle, connected to a welded bolster in Western-style construction, features an octagonal “和 WA”-style silhouette crafted from chic black plywood reminiscent of ebony. A slightly larger stainless steel end cap (butt bolster) is elegantly fitted at the base of the handle, adding a sense of weight and solidity. Both the bolster and end cap are carefully finished with a refined satin, understated appearance serves as a subtle complement to the blade’s brilliant luster, enhancing the knife’s overall sense of quality and sophistication. When you take the knife in hand, you immediately notice its pleasantly substantial weight and exquisite balance, conveying a refined sense of luxury. It inspires a growing sense of anticipation and enjoyment in the art of cooking.

(This is a prototype model.) The production version will feature the KANETSUNE SEKI logo precision-machine-engraved on the end cap.
