The tip of this wide turner is tapered about 1 cm to make it easier to slip under the food.
The handle made of black plywood is securely fixed with two rivets and a lanyard hole. It is very durable with a full-tang construction.
The advantage of the handle made of plywood is that, compared to metal, it is less likely to become hot, and unlike resin, it does not melt from heat.
